Jovan Heusser, M.B.A.
Director of Licensing and Business Development
Jovan joined Skysong Innovations in December of 2019 and serves as the Director of Licensing and Business Development. Her role involves working closely with ASU faculty and staff and Skysong Innovations’ team to identify, evaluate, protect, market, and commercialize innovative technologies developed at ASU. Additionally, Jovan helps facilitate the advancement of new startup companies based on ASU technology and intellectual property, and manages a wide range of technology transfer-related activities and agreements involving startups, industry, and other academic institutions.
Prior to joining the Skysong Innovations team, Jovan spent more than a decade at the technology transfer office for the University of New Mexico, where she helped facilitate the formation of new startup companies and managed a wide range of technology transfer-related activities and agreements involving startups, industry, and other academic institutions.
Jovan has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of New Mexico and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management.
