Todd Glenn, J.D.
General Counsel
Todd Glenn joined Skysong Innovations in January 2013 and currently serves as General Counsel with responsibility for contractual, litigation, intellectual property, corporate governance, and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Skysong Innovations, Todd gained experience at local law firms, where he supported litigation and intellectual property matters involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and licensing.
Todd holds both a B.S. in Marketing and a J.D. from Arizona State University, graduating magna cum laude from the W. P. Carey School of Business. During law school, he served as Notes and Comments Editor and sat on the Executive Board of the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. He also earned a Law, Science and Technology Certificate from ASU’s Center for Law, Science and Innovation and served as an Associate and Senior Associate in the Innovation Advancement Program, advising startup companies on legal strategy and guiding early-stage ventures toward sound business decisions. Todd is admitted to practice law in Arizona.
