Todd Glenn, J.D.
General Counsel
Todd Glenn joined Skysong Innovations in January 2013 and currently serves as General Counsel with responsibility for contractual, litigation, intellectual property, corporate governance, and compliance matters.
Previously he held positions at Booth Udall PLC and Weisberg & Meyers LLC where he worked on various aspects of litigation and intellectual property including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and licensing. He was also an Associate and Senior Associate in the Innovation Advancement Program, where he advised startup businesses on their legal needs, and directed them towards sound business decisions.
Glenn holds a B.S. and a J.D. from Arizona State University, graduating magna cum laude from the W. P. Carey School of Business. During law school, Todd served as Notes and Comments Editor and was a member of the Executive Board for the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. He also earned a Law, Science and Technology Certificate from the Center for Law, Science and Innovation from the College of Law at ASU. Todd is admitted to practice in Arizona.
